What is the length of the missing leg 15 and 9 meters

Answer: 12

Step-by-step explanation: I assume you are talking about a triangle in which the Hypotenuse is 15 and leg A is 9

in this case we have to use a reverse pythagorean theorem

the original one is a^ + b^ = c^ then reverse it to get c^ - a ^ = b^

we know that C is 15 and A is 9 so substitute

15^ - 9^ = b^

15 ^ = 225 and 9^ = 81 so substitute again

225 - 81 = b^ then subtract

144 = b^  you know that the square root of 144 is 12 because 12 x 12 = 144

so 12 is the last side

hope this helps mark me brainliest if it did

1. The curve y = (x - 1)(x – 5) cuts the x-axis at A and B and the y-axis at C.
saveliy_v [14]
So the first two questions are asking for points of intercept. a is asking where the function crosses the x, in this case it is where y=0. So your x intercept is at x= 1,5. Then to find the y intercept it is where x=0, so just substitute 0 for x. Then you get your y intercept as y=5. Because your coefficient for the quadratic function is positive your function has a minimum since it opens upward. I’m not sure what is means by C coordinate, but your vertex is at (3,-4) and lime of symmetry is at x=3.

X intercepts: (1,0) and (5,0)
Y intercept: (0,5)

Gekata [30.6K]
No, because if you add 184 and 145 you get 329. then you would take 329 and divide it by 60 because that’s how much each mold holds. that comes out to be 5.48 (rounded). you would be able to fill 5 molds, but not enough batter for 6

If sec 50 = cosec 70, prove that 0 = 7.5°
LiRa [457]

Answer:

The proofing is given below:

Step-by-step explanation:

Sec 5\theta = cosec 7\theta\\\\cosec (90 - 5\theta) = cosec 7\theta\\\\Now\ on\ comparision \\\\90 - 5\theta = 7\theta\\\\90 = 7\theta + 5\theta\\\\90 = 12\theta\\\\\frac{90}{12} = \theta\\\\0.75 = \theta

Hence, it is proved
