Standardization does ensure the quality of a commodity, yet there are many goods available in the market without Indian Standards Institute (ISI) or AGMARK certification due to it not being a requirement for all commodities on the market. Also, many smaller products cannot afford the extensive and expensive ISI/AGMARK certification process.

Irina18 [472]

Answer: Evaluate the need for medical or protective services.

Explanation:

According to what we know about the cycle of abuse, the woman and her boyfriend are probably in the honeymoon phase that follows a violent episode. Despite the women saying it was an isolated incident, and the time that has passed since then, violence in the future is a certain possibility, as the honeymoon phase usually leads to tension building and further violence. According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, medical needs and safety issues must be addressed first.

In Engel v. Vitale (1962), the Supreme Court presented the argument that school-sponsored prayer was unconstitutional under a plain text reading of the First Amendment which forbids the establishment of a national religion.

Cases since then have focused on quasi-school sponsored prayer (cheerleaders praying before football games) but the general rule of law is that a school official cannot lead or sponsor prayer.

Requires a difficult set of negotiations: different income levels and set of priorities.

Explanation:

To bring nations of the world to act together in addressing environmental issues that spill over national borders requires difficult set of negotiations between the countries: different income levels and set of priorities.

For example high income countries are the primary producers of greenhouse gases, they might sign agreement with low income countries to reduce their greenhouse effect because most low income countries are still battling of improving food production, healthcare system, and many more so they are not particular about technologies to cause pollution and greenhouse effects. The high income countries can pay low income countries not to produce greenhouse gases which is not their priorities at the moments.
