Answer:

See explanation below.

Explanation:

The human body is continually working to stay healthy with respect to fighting off disease, germs, and healing from trauma caused by activities such as sports. The human immunodeficiency virus begins to attack the systems in the body that normally deal with attacking germs, disease, or areas that need physical healing. As this continues, the body loses the ability to fight off even trivial diseases or illnesses. Simple things like colds and flu can be life-threatening. The person suffering with HIV and then aids has a constant struggle to stay healthy and may find it hard to gain sustenance from normal meals.

Hope this helps! Have an awesome day!! :-)

The correct answer is - option D. nonsense and frameshift.

Explanation:

If there is a change in the sequence of DNA resulting in premature stop codon mRNA during transcription is known as a nonsense mutation and result in a non-functional protein.

a frame-shift mutation takes place when at least two nucleotides are altered and there are less chances to be changed by two others coding for the same nucleotide. It leads to a non-functional protein.

EMERGENCY Homework: On page xii, Claims, evidence and reasoning; Describe/define a claim, evidence and reasoning. Read the examp
shusha [124]

Answer:

What exactly is CER, and how does it work?

CER all starts with a question asked by the teacher. This question is based on a phenomena or lab experience. The student’s explanation or answer, as you may have guessed, will consist of three parts: a claim, the evidence, and the student’s reasoning.

Claim

A claim is a statement that answers the question. It will usually only be one sentence in length. The claim does not include any explanation, reasoning, or evidence so it should not include any transition words such as “because.”

Evidence

The evidence is the data used to support the claim. It can be either quantitative or qualitive depending on the question and/or lab. The evidence could even be a data table the student creates. Students should only use data within their evidence that directly supports the claim.

Reasoning

The reasoning is the explanation of “why and how” the evidence supports the claim. It should include an explanation of the underlying science concept that produced the evidence or data.
