The correct answer is extensive training

Living on the edge of emotions is not easy, it is not healthy and it has risks. It will always be easier to give up feeling, planning, trying, looking for the comfort of nothing. When we give up living, we will always be sure not to suffer, we will always be sure that we will not be hurt and that we will not be hurt. Not living on the edge means that everything will be necessary, everything will be correct, everything will be sustainable, everything will be more peaceful and why not say it. Everything will be better and happier. It is a difficult question to answer for those who are already dead, in fact like any other question. The dead have some difficulty in responding, not because they are dead, but because they don't want to. It is safer not to answer.
