Answer:

The correct answer is nitrogenous base pairs.

Explanation:

DNA is formed of polymers of nitrogenous bases, pentose sugar, and phosphate molecules called nucleotides. In the molecule of DNA, the two strands get twist around each other and demonstrate a twisted ladder.

The alternative phosphate groups and the sugar forms the rails of the ladder, while the rungs or steps of the ladder are formed by the pairs of nitrogenous bases, which are attached to each other with the help of hydrogen bonds in between them. Hence, the correct answer is nitrogenous base pairs.

How is the cell structure related to its function in your body
Nastasia [14]

A cell with a large surface area or with microvilli (which increase surface area) are specialized for absorption. Many cells have different protein markers on their surface to accept certain specific hormones and allow them into the cell, like muscle cells reacting to adrenaline. Muscle cells are long and able to contract, allowing for overall muscle contraction and body movement.

I guess the hormone part I mentioned applies to chemicals; endocrine cells produce hormones that other cells would not.

For organelles, muscle cells don't have many of the organelles that other cells do because of their very specialized functions.

I hope this helps, it would literally take volumes of text books to answer this question completely.

What boundaries create new oceanic crust?
enyata [817]
ANSWER ( Convergent plate boundaries )

At convergent plate boundaries, oceanic crust is often forced down into the mantle where it begins to melt. Magma rises into and through the other plate, solidifying into granite, the rock that makes up the continents. Thus, at convergent boundaries, continental crust is created and oceanic crust is destroyed.
