Answer:

Option: D is the correct answer.

        D. The range of round 1 is greater than the round 2 range.

Step-by-step explanation:

Round-1

       Score                Frequency          Total

         5                           1                       5×1=5

         6                           4                       6×4=24

         7                            2                      7×2=14

         8                            2                      8×2=16

         9                            1                       9×1=9

                                             -----------------------------------------

                                              Total--      68

Hence, total score obtained in Round 1 are: 68

Round-2

       Score                Frequency          Total

         5                           3                      5×3=15

         6                           1                       6×1=6

         7                            6                      7×6=42

                                             -----------------------------------------

                                              Total--      63

Hence, total score obtained in Round 1 are: 63

Hence, Round-1 scores were higher than Round-2 scores,=.

Hence, option: B and C are discarded.

Also, there is a overlap in the data ( since there are some scores which are obtained in both the rounds)

Hence, option: A is discarded.

Now,

Range of round-1 score is:

Maximum score-Minimum score

=9-5

=4

Hence, Range of Round-1 is: 4

Similarly Range of Round-2 is: 2

( Since, Maximum score in round-2 is: 7

and Minimum score is: 2

Hence, Range=7-5=2  )

                Hence, the correct answer is:

       D. The range of round 1 is greater than the round 2 range.

Which expression represents the sixth term in binomial expansion (2a-3b)^10
AysviL [449]

Therefore the sixth term in the binomial expansion is=-{10}C_5(2a)^{5} (3b)^5

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

(2a -3b)^{10}

=^{10}C_0 (2a)^{10} + ^{10}C_1(2a)^9(-3b)+^{10}C_2(2a)^8(-3b)^2+...............+^{10}C_10(-3b)^{10}

So,

T_{n+1}= ^{10}C_n(2a)^{(10-n)} (-3b)^n

T_6=T_{(5+1)} =^{10}C_5(2a)^{10-5} (-3b)^5

Therefore the sixth term in the binomial expansion is= {10}C_5(2a)^{10-5} (-3b)^5

                                                                                         =-{10}C_5(2a)^{5} (3b)^5

I need help with another set of math questions.
Anit [1.1K]
For question 11, you essentially need to find when h(t) = 0, since that is when the height of the ball reaches 0 (ie touches the ground).

For question 12, it is asking for a maximum height, so you need to find when dh/dt = 0 and taking the second derivative to prove that there is maximum at t. That will find you the time at which the ball will hit a maximum height.

Rinse and repeat question 12 for question 13

I think it'd be (-18,-9) because the change from Q to Q' was by 9 so I would assume that to get R' you would also multiply the x,y by 9
