<span>Senator Robert Wagner was an American politician and a democratic U.S. Senator from New York from 1927 to 1949. He helped to pass the National Labor Relations Act, which greatly expanded the rights of labor workers by allowing them to organize into trade unions and bargain for better working conditions. The Taft-Hartley act is also known as the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, which amended the National Labor Relations Act to restrict the activities and power of labor unions. Since Robert Wagner worked immensely hard on the National Labor Relations Act, he did not approve of such restrictions from the Taft-Hartley Act.</span>
The tropical wet and dry climate type is characterized for having two seasons, one is full of rains during summer and the other one is wet during winter. This is a warm weather with an avarage of 25-27 Celcius degrees with a moderate thermal amplitude. Very strong winds can appear because of the temperature of the sea during spring leading to intense rains, ranging from tropical storms to hurricanes. The savanna dominates this climate with gramineae predomination and open spaces for herbivores. The vegetation tends to be xerophilous because it needs to pass the dry season with almost no water.
Building techniques improved, iron became more common, and hydraulics were used to dig riverbeds deeper. So less floods happened that destroyed farms and endangered lives.
