However answer B. Would be more reasonable to this question.
I'm not sure what the lesson is, but the answer that makes sense the most is number. Number because most lessons in subject-verb agreement concerns the singularity and plurality of the subject at hand
If I were to read " Stop the Spread of Superbugs" I would ask " I would ask what are Superbugs and how did they start spreading in the first place?"
On the second one I would ask, "How would resisting antibiotics be a threat in 2013?", and " Was here a virus that started?"
Pathos the emotional appeal, means to persuade an audience by appealing to their emotions.
Ethos means to convince an audience of the author’s credibility or character.
Logos the appeal to logic, means to convince an audience by use of logic or reason.
He is using Logos.
