The correct answer is C. A thesis statement should be debatable.

Explanation:

A thesis statement is a sentence or statement that guides the process of writing an essay or arguing a position or claim about some situation or issue.  Because of this an appropriate and effective (well-crafted) thesis statement should express the topic and the position of the author on this topic, which means thesis statements should not only report facts or opinions, also, it should not be too narrow or too broad. Besides this, considering the thesis statement is used for argument and proving one's position as valid and logic, it is important this thesis statement is debatable, which means the author will need to provide evidence to show it is valid. Thus, when creating a well-crafted thesis statement it is important to consider that the "thesis statement should be debatable" as without this feature the thesis would not support the process of arguing it aims at.

Write debate to express your view in topic "Sword is Stronger than Word"
scZoUnD [109]

People like to believe that the word is stronger than the sword.

“The sword can kill a man, but the word can kill a kingdom”

To which I answer

“Would the word have been able to kill a kingdom without the sword to do it for him?”

The word is only strong because it’s backed by the sword. Without the sword, or the threat of it, the word would hold no meaning

The sword is always needed

Pls help :( 100 points + brainliest
Dmitriy789 [7]

Answer:

The topic you chose should be related to a particular aspect of school, and the topic should be clear. Here are a few examples of topics:

school policy regarding dress code

lack of proper equipment in gym

lack of adequate amenities

food choices in cafeteria

school policy on use of cell phones

frequent bullying by older students

Your story should have established a main character, which could be you, one of your classmates, or a fictional student. Or maybe you chose to write from the perspective of a teacher or other authority figure. You should have made sufficient use of hyperbole and other humor devices to present the satire. For example, say your story satirized bad food in the cafeteria. You could have included an exaggerated statement such as, "I tried cutting the piece of steak with my knife, but it seemed nothing short of a chainsaw would get through it." Your story also should have indicated how to change or correct the aspect that you chose to satirize. Maybe you directly suggested a change by including it as an actual event of your story, or you may have indicates it more indirectly through subtle language.
