Website 1 : y = 1.50x + 30
website 2 : y = 2x + 0...or just y = 2x
=======================
y = 4x - 4
y = -4x + 4

4x - 4 = -4x + 4
4x + 4x = 4 + 4
8x = 8
x = 1

y = 4x - 4
y = 4(1) - 4
y = 4 - 4
y = 0

so this is a consistent system because it has one solution (1,0)

For each handmade greeting card Jacqui sells she makes a profit of $0.35. in one week,
klemol [59]
<span>To find the answer for how many cards were sold take the amount per card that she made a profit on which is $.35 multiply that by the amount she profited in one week which is $42. $.35 x $42 equals 120 cards sold. Now that we know how many cards she sold, take that number (120 cards) and multiply is by the amount each card was sold for ($.75). 120 x $.75, which equals $90 all together before paying expenses.</span>
