after this, you must use the present subjonctif

A- ne gaspillons pas l'eau = did you write it down correctly ???
    it should be "gaspillions pas l'eau"
B- utilisons des pesticides = use pesticides --> FALSE
C- ne recyclions pas les déchets =do not recycle waste ----> FALSE
D-ne pensions pas au réchauffement global = do not think to the global warning --> FALSE

B,C,D do not make sense but hey all have the good tense = subjonctif

That's why I think you probably  made a mistake copying the A
