The statement most accurately states a claim Davis makes about William H. Seward’s argument against slavery is the following: Seward is brainwashing Northerners into believing slavery should be abolished.

The whole speech is about slavery. About supporting the practice and not letting it be abolished. In fact, Davis was a slave owner, so he was a fervent defender of slavery.
