Mr. Turner has abused a CNS stands for central nervous system stimulant just like amphetamines, methylphenidate, cocaine, and caffeine. These stimulants are the medicines that arouse the brain, speed up the process of both physical and mental, contribute anxiety, hypertension, and increase respirations to the user.
