An attitude associated with a word is called a. connotation

Denotation is the visual representation of an item, not a attitudinal one. Alternative definitions and slang have nothing to do with this.

What are three possible explanations why Shakespeare left Stratford-upon-Avon and headed for London?
Alja [10]
The years when Shakespeare left Stratford for London are not very well known, but here are some possible reasons why he might have made the move!

1. An obvious reason for Shakespeare to move would be that there was a ton more theatre in London than Stratford. There were some acting troupes that made it out there, but if Shakespeare really wanted to be an actor and a playwright he needed to be in the big city.

2. Another crazy reason that we have a little proof on is that Shakespeare illegally poached a deer off of Sir Thomas Lucy's land. He then moved to London so that he could escape the punishment for that crime.

3. A possible reason that Shakespeare might have left is because of sickness in Stratford. We know that it spread at least to his son who died years after he moved to England, but it could have been a possibility that there was sickness in the town already that Shakespeare wanted to get away from.

Please complete your reading of Chapter 6 before beginning this assignment. Does Gatsby really love Daisy? I’m curious to hear i
skelet666 [1.2K]
Yes, Gatsby really loves Daisy. He loved her so much that he pretended to be rich, just so she would look his way. When he went to war, he kept all her letters and memories sealed safely in a book. When he found out she was marrying Tom, he sent her a letter with the truth that he was in fact poor, and he let her go because he believed she would have a much better life.
