Answer:

Many useless products claim to improve fitness and reduce body fat. Claims for these products are false.

Explanation:

Figure wrapping involves the use of bandages or nonporous garments to compress body parts. The wraps are sometimes soaked in fluid, or the person may soak in a bath after being wrapped. The wraps are advertised for weight loss or as a method of losing "inches" from the body.

Passive exercise refers to the use of machines or devices that move your body for you and supposedly promote fat reduction and weight loss.

These passive exercise programs are ineffective because your body is moved by outside forces rather than your own muscles.

Allie and her grandmother went out to eat at a restaurant that had a self-serve
lbvjy [14]

Answer:

Allie is experiencing excessive urination because she drank too much carbonated beverage that her urinary bladder could handle. It irritated her bladder, which gave her an urgency to empty.

Explanation:

Bladder irritants trigger the urinary bladder muscles to contract. This is the reason why you need to urinate frequently or visit the restroom than you normally would. Examples of bladder irritants are coffee, carbonated drinks like Coke, spicy food, alcohol and acidic fruits. In order to prevent this from happening, it is important to drink water in order to dilute the solution. This will prevent the bladder from being irritated.
