The patient has symptoms of fever, dyspenea (breathlessness with chest pain), cough and sputum which directs towards empyema as they are symptoms of pneumonia and prolonged symptoms would cause empyema.
The infiltrates in the posterior segments of upper lobe of the right lung results in bulging fissure causing necrosis lesion which would cause the complications of empyema.
The empyema is the condition in which pus cells are formed in thoracic cavity, in pleural fluid bacterial infection occurs due to pneumonia or surgery of chest.
The empyema risk is high for diabetics, pulmunary infected and alcoholism.
The wave is called a tsunami.
Tsunami waves are produced when a volcanic eruption or earth quake occurs in the ocean.
Tsunami waves are usually giant waves . when they are produced far out in the ocean, they are not all that tall. What happens is that as they begin to move from far out in the ocean towards the coast, they begin getting taller and taller the depth of the sea floor reduces and the sea gets shallower and shallower. By time they reach land they may be dozens of feet high.
They also move at terrific speed especially over deep waters, almost as fast as a jet plane. They only begin to slow down as they approach land but even then the speed is still tremendous.
Male Birds are usually the colorful birds to attract mates while females are camouflaged to protect their eggs/hatchlings. Ground birds need to be camouflaged because they are easy prey and they have their nests on the ground.
