Graphs are a common method to visually illustrate relationships in the data. The purpose of a graph is to present data that are too numerous or complicated to be described adequately in the text and in less space.

bezimeni [28]
Answer:

Linked the family with community sources for aid.

Besides nursing care, the nurse would make sure that interdisciplinary members of the team were involved, such as, the doctors' nutritionist, community worker, or resources, and provide a supportive environment for the family, and the client. The chaplain may be of support for the infant, or family may not be present. the bright room is overly stimulating to the withdrawing infant, and feeding is basic care.

Why are the colors different on the planet at different times of the year ? Give a specific example.
Reptile [31]

Answer:

In the Northern Hemisphere, ecosystems wake up in the spring, taking in carbon dioxide and exhaling oxygen as they sprout leaves — and a fleet of Earth-observing satellites tracks the spread of the newly green vegetation.

Meanwhile, in the oceans, microscopic plants drift through the sunlit surface waters and bloom into billions of carbon dioxide-absorbing organisms — and light-detecting instruments on satellites map the swirls of their color.

Satellites have measured the Arctic getting greener, as shrubs expand their range and thrive in warmer temperatures. Observations from space help determine agricultural production globally, and are used in famine early warning detection. As ocean waters warm, satellites have detected a shift in phytoplankton populations across the planet's five great ocean basins — the expansion of "biological deserts" where little life thrives. And as concentrations of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere continue to rise and warm the climate, NASA's global understanding of plant life will play a critical role in monitoring carbon as it moves through the Earth system.

Choose all the answers that apply. Erosion is caused by _____. wind water ice gravity
bezimeni [28]
Water erosion is usually what people think of, but ice, wind and gravity can also cause erosion.

Water erosion is usually along rivers. As the water moves quickly by it rubs on the rock and dirt, causing rivers to slowly get wider.

Ice erosion is caused by glaciers. Sometimes it's a glacier rubbing against land, and there's a lake that was made by a glacier making it's way onto land and then melting.

Wind erosion is a big problem in fields and large open plains with loose dirt. The wind just blows all the dirt away.

Gravity can cause erosion and cliffs. Sometimes along a mountain or cliff the rock won't be able to hold itself up anymore, and gravity will pull it down.

Your answer would be all of them. Wind, water, ice, and gravity.
