Answer:

The chemotherapy is the unconditioned stimulus.

Explanation:

Classical Conditioning uses stimulus to create responses. The process is as follows:

 1. An unconditioned stimulus (UCS) creates an unconditioned response (UCR).
 2. A neutral stimulus (NS) creates no response.
 3. Once the unconditioned stimulus and the neutral stimulus are paired, they create the unconditioned response.
 4. The neutral stimulus will soon become a conditioned stimulus (CS), creating the now conditioned response (CR).

In this case, Jane's chemotherapy is the UCS which creates the UCR, Jane's nausea. The waiting room is the NS which paired with the UCS, the chemotherapy, will eventually develop the CR of Jane's nausea.

Flauer [41]

The best choice for that example would be that yelling "Fire" in a crowded theater would be restricted. The supreme court has ruled that in a situation like that, where it could cause panic and/or loss of life because of it, that type of speech would not be protected under the first amendment.
