It's 510,000. Just go to the 10,000 place and round there, then just replace the rest of the numbers with 0's. Don't use a decimal; that would suggest that the number isn't rounded.

510000 is the correct answer.  you go to the 10000 place and look at the digit to the left.  of the number is 5 or higher, the 10000 place will increase by one and ey other number to the left changes to zero.  If lower than 5, then the 10000 place stays the same and every other number to the left changes to a zero.

SpyIntel [72]
Alright, so Ron parked his car for 8 hours at $3 per hour.

Harry parked his car for 7 hours at $3 per hour.

So, per day Ron is spending (8 * 3) = $24 a day
and Harry is spending ( 7 * 3 ) = $21 a day

So now solve for 5 days. 24 * 5 = $120 21 * 5 = $105

Add both together
$120
+
$105

=
Your Answer:
$225 altogether.

steve reads 20 pages of his graphic novel per hour . if the book has 200 pages and he reads for d hours , which expression shows
PolarNik [594]
The answer would be D. 200 - 20d.

This is because the question asks for pages left after reading for "d" (however many) hours. Since the book has 200 books, you'd subtract from that number since it's the "starting number" of pages. If he reads 20 pages per hour, you would multiply those together to get how many he has read, then subtract that number from 200, to get the amount of pages left.

I hope this helps!
