Suzy signs a written agreement with Phillip, giving Phillip the right to cast Suzy's votes for a certain group of people nominat
gtnhenbr [62]

Answer:

Option A

Explanation:

It is cumulative voting agreement, as everything about the question just points to it. Suzy and Philip agreements was to aid voting for a certain group of people nominated for the Syllibar Corporation board of directors. It is cumulative because it both of them votes will aid a certain good of people nominated for the syllubar directors ,without both of them colliding to aid this voting it is possible it the group of people might not make it ,so the cumulative of both is will make the nomination work.

How did the economy develop under the guidance of Alexander Hamilton
zhenek [66]
Alexander Hamilton was appointed as the first ever secretary of Treasury by President Washington. He changed and largely developed the economy by proposing a National Bank among other things. He encouraged nationalism and production within America. Debts were to be paid off whether they were domestically or internationally from the war and war bonds. Hamilton got acts passed for paying off foreign debt, redeeming domestic debts, assuming the states debts (since many states before the Constitution did not pay the federal government) and increasing tariffs. He also had a tax on distilled drinks (like whiskey) processed in Congress. (Excise At of 1791) I hope that helps.

How can countries in Southeast Asia and the larger global community work together to reverse the patterns of destruction in Born
mixas84 [53]

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) has already begun to support Borneo through cooperative agreements that will help protect the island’s wildlife. ASEAN must now provide resources and guidance for the local governments on Borneo so that they can adopt these agreements. Local and regional governments in Borneo can offer additional support by cracking down on illegal trade in timber or other products within their borders.

Global partners can provide funding to these governments for the enforcement of such protective measures. Furthermore, global partners can send experts to work with local villagers on alternatives to slash-and-burn agriculture. Outside nations can also impose international pressures to isolate the companies that are involved in the illegal and unsafe trade of timber, palm oil, or other products. International pressure can also encourage the governments in charge of Borneo to enforce their own laws.
