Mathematics

we are given

tan(\theta)=-1

(I)

Since, we have to solve for theta

so, we will take tan^-1 both sides

tan^{-1}(tan(\theta))=tan^{-1}(-1)

we can cancel tan with tan^-1

we get

\theta=tan^{-1}(-1)

(II)

we can use unit circle

we know that

tan is negative in second and fourth quadrant

so, we get

\theta=\frac{3\pi}{4}

\theta=\frac{7\pi}{4}

(III)

We know that time period of tan is pi

It means after pi , it repeats itself

so, we can add pi*k to get general solution

where k can be any integers

so, our solution is

\theta=\frac{3\pi}{4}+\pi k

\theta=\frac{7\pi}{4}+\pi k.................Answer

The points represented by the table lie on a line. How can you find the slope of the line
Simora [160]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

okay so you can take any two points 1 x one y in the form (x, y) and (x, y) so

(2, 5) and (4, 1)

then use the slope formula y2-y1/ x2 -x1

1-5+=4

4-2=2

slope equals 4/2 simplified equals 2

Find the perimeter of a triangle garden that measures 10 feet by x feet by (2 x+7) feet . Use p=a+b+c
tigry1 [53]

P = 10 + x + 2x + 7

= (10 + 7) + (x + 2x)

= 17 + 3x

Therefore, the perimeter is 17 + 3x feet.

Find the diameter and circumference of a circle with the radius of 13.1 km.
Alexandra [31]
R = 13.1
so
<span>diameter  = 13.1 x 2 = 26.2 km
</span>circumference = 2 pi r = 26.2 pi km
