She wants you to add notes (explain the drawing).

I'm not so sure by what A3 transcription is. But chose an artist that you like, but could be a challenge for you that you could do.

Sorry I wasn't much help, but message her back to have her explain in a better way. Teachers are there to help you, and don't mind students asking questions. :)
