Niagara movement was termed as the black civil rights which were founded by  a group which was led by William Monroe.

This Niagara movement was made for the change of group which wanted the niagara fall.

It acted as a call which opposed disenfranchisement and racial segregation and opposed policies of conciliation and accommodation which were being promoted by african leaders. For example, T. Washington.
