Answer:

there isn't really an exact answer. Some people get diabetes genetically, but for the most part if you eat a lot of sugar overtime it will eventually lead to diabetes.

So if a female or male “inhales” more than the recommended amount = DIABETES

Another would be checking on the date, select the latest one for it to be more reliable.
