Answer:

there isn't really an exact answer. Some people get diabetes genetically, but for the most part if you eat a lot of sugar overtime it will eventually lead to diabetes.

2 For the average female: No more than 6 teaspoons, 25 grams, or 100 calories from sugar.

So if a female or male “inhales” more than the recommended amount = DIABETES
