Thesis statements should be based only on facts. A. false B. true

English

Answer: false

Explanation: I suggest the beginning of the thesis statement to be opinion. After all, it is hard to write an essay for something you don't agree with. Then, you should support your opinion with the facts that you are using later on in the essay. So, no. Thesis statements should not ONLY contain facts. Most essays contain a topic that is not yet a fact and is still being debated, causing the main topic to be an opinion.

Which of the following sentences best states the main idea of " the literature of the Americans"
timofeeve [1]
The only correct statement is: The literature of the Americas reflects the diversity of the people and cultures in each region.

It is not a homogenous literature, as those regions have had very different and diverse histories, social contexts, preoccupations. The North American literature developed during 18th and 19th centuries already, whereas the South American literature achieved world fame in the 20th century, especially with the advance of the so-called "magic realism" as its staple.

In the first paragraph, which line states a reason why humans are at fault for the lionfish problem?
Viefleur [7K]

Hey There!!

The answer to this is: When reading this, we saw how this lion fish was put into the Atlantic, and therefore, there's actually one thing that is actually something that we would want to consider, and that would actually indicate that it would be our answer.

Let's take notice in the paragraph on how the following sentence shows that this would be a total accident, and that this animal was putted in this location not by purpose, but by accident, and therefore, this was the actual lead on why humans are at fault for the lion fish problem.

The lionfish was accidentally introduced into the Atlantic Ocean in the 1990s.

This would be your answer, and this would be why it would be that they have adapted very quickly to their homes and all the they have now have.

Your answer: The lionfish was accidentally introduced into the Atlantic Ocean in the 1990s.
