Constitutional system of government consists of constituted authorities who rule and govern the affairs of a society as guided by enacted law. In this system of government is mostly elected democratically and the level of powers the elected authorities can wield is restricted and limited by the given constitution and law. This system of government is more powerful than that of Anarchy.

Authoritarian system of government is the most power of all. This system of government have authorities who exercise unrestricted enormous power in making decisions and ruling the society and the people.
