Economic development can be defined as the improvement of quantitative indicators of the economy. Such as rising incomes, reducing unemployment or increasing consumption. In short, the economic levels of the country get better and the average income of citizens increases as a consequence of the economic growth of the country. As a result, citizens 'quality of life improves because they can afford better services, and the government can provide improvements in public service which also improves citizens' quality of life.
