independent variable refers to the variable that you change or manipulate in an experiment while the dependent variable is dependent on the independent variable and how you change your independent variable will result in the dependent variables outcome.
i would say i love this field because it deals on animals which happen to be pets and animals i would say also needs medical attention when the need arises
