Nasa’s first attempt to achieve human spaceflight was called the Mercury program.

Program Mercury or <em>Project Mercury </em>was the NASA program that put the first American astronauts in space. The name Mercury was to honor a Roman god. Astronaut <em>Alan Shepard piloted the first flight</em>, a 15-minute flight and came back to earth. He was the first American in space. The name of the capsule was Freedom 7.

Your answer is wrong and I have no idea why your talking about feminism. But anyway the affect of surprise was that the natives Americans enemy wouldn't have time to prepare so the losses/casualties for the enemy would be heavy,also using the element of surprise would also most likely scare enemy soldiers, and they would be distracted and confused as well.
