The lobe(s) that take(s) the heaviest hit in a traumatic brain injury is /are the frontal and temporal lobes.
The human brain's cerebral cortex is divided into four main regions or lobes, frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital lobes. The cerebrum, the largest part of the brain consists of the many neurological activities that plays a heavy role in everyday executions of an organism, if a traumatic brain injury happens the frontal and temporal lobes are the areas affected since they are the anterior parts and most of these injuries happens right at the front or anterior of the organism.
