Answer:

Sensory memory stage

Explanation:

Sensory memory stage :

Sensory memory is the primary stage after data gets to a sense organ. It is enormous, precise, yet extremely short, enduring about a second.

It is a brief stockpiling cushion between tactile information and the following stage, momentary memory. Each sense has its very own tactile memory.

It is the most limited term component of memory. It is the capacity to hold impressions of tactile data after the first improvements have finished.

This is the encoding stage, the first stage when we receive external input for memory. This can come in the form of visual stimuli,  acoustic stimuli and semantic meaning of the event, it is when the situation is going on and the brain/mind is making sense of it, if there is no such event there cannot be an experience to think about in the future. At least semantic meaning must be coupled with the stimuli as we have to ascribe a meaning to the situations we come across, and in some, if not most cases, the three forms are coupled to form the basis of memory.

The other stages are storage and retrieval. The storage stage is related to how long, how well and how a given event interacts with other events in one's life. The last stage is the retrieval stage which is when we try to remember a given stuation.

Why are most native born Americans unwilling to pick oranges, and what challenges do illegal immigrants who do that work face?
andreev551 [17]

Answer:

Most native-born Americans are unwilling to pick oranges because they view these jobs as demeaning, physically demanding, and better left for immigrants.

Explanation:

Most native-born Americans take to white-collar jobs instead of blue-collar jobs because the latter involves hard manual labor with low pay. They view these jobs as unfit for them, therefore illegal immigrants take up these jobs that do not require many formalities to survive.

Illegal immigrants who do these jobs are paid low wages. They might have to work overtime without being adequately compensated. They also risk being treated unfairly by their employers because they cannot make any legal claims.
