It made many Americans fear the Soviets and have contempt for anyone who showed any socialist tendencies because they were constantly bombarded with political anti-soviet propaganda. This really distorted the general population's understanding of world events and many people in the US still believe things that have been proved as historically wrong such as the missile gap.

The royal road built in Persia during the Achaemenid dynasty proves to be the greatest  achievement in improving the civilization of Persia.

Explanation

The royal road led from Aegan sea to Iran and it is around thousand five hundred miles. This road was built when the area was uninhabited by the people.
