It will be better to use a sports drink instead of water for children and athletes especially in hot conditions because sports drink contain carbohydrates, water and electrolytes which help athletes refuel and rehydrate.

Further explanation

Sports drinks contain water and electrolytes, such as sodium and potassium. Electrolytes can maintain your body's ionic balance. Whereas water is the most logical form of hydration. Sports drinks can help replace what we lose during longer duration exercise, especially in the heat.

Not only water and electrolytes, sports drink also contain carbohydrates which help restore the body's glycogen levels or fuel levels. These electrolytes and carbohydrates help athletes refuel and rehydrate.

One of sports drink brand, Gatorade claims their product hydrates better than water because of these additional ingredients (Electrolytes and carbohydrates). But, some research backs their claims. University of California at Berkeley says that sports drinks might better than water for children and athletes who engage in prolonged, vigorous physical activity for more than one hour, especially in hot conditions. For example people with exercise 60-90 min not need to drink the sport drink to maintain their stamina

The correct answer is - urea.

Explanation:

In our body, to produce energy or produce glucose our body breaks the amino acids, it gets from proteins mainly. These amino acids are mainly breakdown into amine groups.

The human body has a unique ability to pack ammonia(amine group) by converting it to urea and incorporated and produced by the liver using 2 molecules of ammonia (NH3) and 1 molecule of carbon dioxide (CO2). This incorporated urea is then secreted from the liver and incorporated into the urine in the kidney for further process.

What was Mendel's explanation for the fact that 0% of the offspring from this cross were green?
VMariaS [17]
So Mendel got roughly 75% yellow and 25% green in f2. This means that f1 contains all heterozygous genes, as shown below

Y y
Y YY Yy
y Yy yy
Summary: 75% YY or Yy, 25% yy

Which means that green (y) is a recessive phenotype, while yellow (Y) is a dominant phenotype, since plants with heterozygous genotype Yy express the yellow trait.
