Active listening is very important part of communication.  Active listening is an attitude because you can have positive attitude towards active listening , you must want to hear what the other has to say and chose to practice "active listening." It is an attitude because you make a conscious effort to hear what the another person is saying.

The overload princiole could make this workout more challenging as this is a full body workout and the point of overload is to push ur body until you cant do anymore which will cause you to achieve strength and muscle mass faster than small workouts. this specifically is good because its a full body workout and you will push your body to the best of its abilities.
