Warm up is how you stretch and get your body ready for a workout. cool down is how to stretch and repair your body after a workout. both help prevent injuries!

Warm up is what you do before you begin a sport or start exercising and a cool down is referred to cooling your body down AFTER playing a sport or exercising

The poor in America cannot afford nutritional food, healthcare and they live in dire situations. Crime and gangs are rampant amongst poorer neighborhoods which leads to homicide and drug taking, both of which impact on the life expectancy of people.
