All of the above. Spelling is revised because if you misspell something, whatever you wrote will seem like you didn't care about it. Word choice is checked because it can affect the way readers see your opinion on the subject. Repetition is checked because who wants to read the same thing more than once? Word order is checked so the grammar seems clean to the reader.
