Answer:

(-25)+(-12)+(-34) = -71

so when you add negative numbers you simply add them such as -2+-2 -4

so same conditions

so it will be -25+-12+-34 and it will simply be 25+12+34 so -71

So basically they are all negatives... positive and negative make negative you add them and put a negative in front.... -25-12-34 add them -37-34 = -71

Aliun [14]

16 sq ft = 2 ft x 8 ft

               4 ft x 4 ft

but..

4 ft x 4 ft x 4 ft = 64 cubic ft

So 4 cannot be the height of this crate.

h represents the height of the crate (defined variable)

2 ft x 8 ft x h = 48 cubic ft

16h = 48

h = 3 ft

The height of the crate is 3 feet.

Check:

2 ft x 8 ft x 3 ft = 48 ft ³

Find the sum of all the integers from 1 to 100 that are not multiples of 7
Mars2501 [29]

Answer:

4343

Step-by-step explanation:

To find multiple of 7 from 1 to 100,

Take the quotient of 100/7=14

n=100 (number of terms)

n=100-14 (Without Multiple of 7=number of terms - multiple of 7)

=>n=86

Sum of 1 to 100 => Sn = n/2(a + an)

                          => Sn = 86/2(1+100)

                          => Sn = 43(101)

                          => Sn = 4343

Your city is having a sneaker convention! A pair of Ground Morgans is 20% less expensive than a pair of Elite Butterflies, Elite
Amanda [17]

Answer:

Ground Morgans are 52% the price of Floating Jumps.

Step-by-step explanation:

A pair of Ground Morgans GM is 20% less expensive than a pair of Elite Butterflies EB, this means

GM= 0.8 EB (GM is 80% the price of EB's)

Elite Butterflies EB are 30% more expensive than Cloud Trainers CT's, this means

EB =1.3 CT (EM's is 130% the price of CT's)

Cloud Trainers CT are 50% less expensive than Floating Jumps FJ, this means

CT=0.5FJ (CT is 50% the price of FJ)

Now, if we want the price of Ground Morgans in terms of Floating Jumps, then, since EB = 1.3 CT,

GM=0.8 (1.3CT)

and since CT = 0.5F, we have

GM = 0.8(1.3(0.5FJ)).

Simplifying we get

\boxed{GM =0.52FJ}

Ground Morgans are 52% the price of Floating Jumps.
