articles from Wikipedia can be edited by anyone.

Not only can the articles on Wikipedia be written by anyone, they can also be edited by anyone. Wikipedia is an open source document that allows anyone to add, remove, or change content. There are editors and overseers that can solve any issues once brought to their attention, but they rely on the readers to flag content and change it to be accurate.

One example of an incorrect edit is on the wikipedia page for "tube". Someone edited the list of tubes to include snakes, defining them as long frog tubes. This is funny and incorrect.

How does the author use repetition and pathos to make a persuasive argument in her speech
RoseWind [281]

Answer:

Pathos is to persuade by appealing to the audience's emotions. As the speaker, you want the audience to feel the same emotions you feel about something, you want to emotionally connect with them and influence them. If you have low pathos the audience is likely to try to find flaws in your arguments.
