it comes out or an area around or under the baby tooth bleeds before it comes out?

Answer: You should call a doctor, or if it is bleeding then that means your brushing to hard. But if it bleed during the day then apply a wet handkerchief or a gauze pad and tell an adult. Better safe then sorry!
