Next is we need to find the slope of the line > you are going to have to do this by finding to clear point

The ones that I will be using are: (3, 1); (6, 3)   (You could take any points)

Now using the slope formula we could find m.

m = y2-y1 / x2-x1

(1 - 3) / (3 - 6) = m

-2 / -3 = m

m = 2/3

Using the linear function format: y = mx + b

Therefore the equation of the line is y = 2x/3 -1
