It is a term used to describe the emigration of educated and talented people. The reason behind the exodus of these individuals is to find better opportunities in other places. This has great impact on a country because these people are the type of people needed to build a strong nation. However, when they feel that their talents are not put to good use or they get very little for what they do, they will leave for countries or places that will either pay them well or where they use their talents to fullest. Government should provide incentives and opportunities to the gifted individuals to prevent them from leaving.
