<span>The effects of soil salinization are most likely to be seen in the coastal farmlands. During the process, water-soluble salts accumulate in the soil. Irrigation adds more water to the farms, which brings more salt to the soil. Unused water evaporates, leaving behind the salt. Further, the sub-surface salts are brought up to the surface, and the water evaporates, further increasing the salt concentration in the soil.</span>

It assures the insemination process because the cytoplasm contains the organelles ( mitochondria, Golgi apparatus, cytoplasmic reticulum etc. ). It is the go-between and transfers information between each organelles. Also, cytoplasmic transfer includes proteins, and mRNA along with the cytoplasm (and its organelles) to be taken from the donor egg.
