You first need to know what foods effect your blood sugar the most. Carbohydrates like bread,rice,pasta,milk,sweets,fruit,and starchy vegetables, are broken down into glucose in the blood faster than other food. Try lean meats, and saturated fats,Try three servings of seafood each week. Don't stop eating though, just watch your eating, and every Friday consider a treat like chocolate :)...You want to make sure to keep your blood sugar at the perfect level. Make sure to check it at least weekly, And get in plenty of exercise.
