Advantages and disadvantages of price optimization system
ladessa [460]

Answer:

Explanation:

The price system and I assume you mean the free price system, is very important in an economy. There are advantages and disadvantages to it.

In a free price system, the forces of supply and demand determine prices. The most efficient use of resources is when supply matches demand. Supply and demand are equal when the market determines the price at which a number of goods supplied equals a number of goods demanded. The price system also allows us to buy many products. Manufacturers are willing to make products when they can make money. When supply equals demand, businesses are maximizing the profit potential at the given price level.

One disadvantage of the price system is that for certain products, the costs of setting up the industry are so high, there is only one seller of the product. In cases like these, such as with the electric and the natural gas companies, or with the water companies, without government regulation, prices could be very expensive since they are the only provider of the product. In these cases, the government needs to regulate these industries because the price system would lead to very high prices for water, electricity, and natural gas. Since the setup costs for these industries are so high, there is no competition for these companies. This could cause consumers to make some very difficult choices if the prices are regulated by the government.

Nitella [24]

In this text, we learn about the behaviour of the government official responsible for signing the contract. The official appears to be demanding money known as a "finder's fee." However, this was not part of the official agreement, and appears unethical to you. The official justifies it by saying that it is common place in his country. These actions would be considered both ilegal (because they go against the law) and unethical (because they do not follow the values that society accepts as fair). Some executives might think that reacting in this way can cause American corporations to suffer a competitive disadvantage. However, I disagree. While in some cases this might mean that American corporations cannot compete with other, more corrupt corporations, following the law is likely to lead to peace and stability, which ultimately benefits corporations.

Vesna [10]

The plans that must be involved are the strategic planning, the mid level, the low level, the operational planning, the top level planning.

Explanation:

In the strategic planning the company's stakeholders will ask them were they want their company to be in five years

The middle level staff will decide to focus in recruiting the new clients and to increase the productivity and they will find the way to give back to the company

Being a low level employee it is necessary that one must interact with the customers and contribute to the company's performance

In the operational planning it will be difficult to manage the customers  meet their day to day needs and satisfy them

A meeting will be held with the top level staff and hence they will be coming up with the new tools of the operational planning
