The approximate mass of Mars is 6.42 X 10^23 kg write this mass and standard notation
Sauron [17]

Answer:

642,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 kg

Step-by-step explanation: Basically you are multiplying 6.42 by 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. That looks really intimidating but it is very simple. All you have to do is move the decimal 23 hops to the right. Moving it to the right makes the number big, were moving it to the left makes the number smaller. We want a bigger number because we are writing the number in standard notation. Right now it is in scientific notation form (scientific notation is used because it is easier and quicker to write than writing 21 zeros).

Nesterboy [21]

the value of the car will be 3250 after 5 years

Step-by-step explanation:

the value of the car = 13000

rate of interest = 15%

time = 5 years

in 5 years the car will depreciates  = 13000 X 15% X 5

=\frac{13000 X 15 X 5}{100}

= 9750

after 5 years the value of the car is = 13000 - 9750 = 3250

Katyanochek1 [597]

Answer:

A) d = 48t, d in miles, t in hours

B)d = 32t, d in miles, t in hours

C)y = 8 mph

Step-by-step explanation:

16 miles in 20 mins = 48 mph

16 miles in 30 mins = 32 mph
