y intercept= (0,-4) , x intercept = (3,0)

m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m = (0-(-4))/(3-0)

m = 4/3

0 = (4/3)(3)+ c

c = -4

Thus, the equation is y = 4/3 x -4
