iii)Bacterial plasma membrane mainly formed by amphiphilic lipids which contain glycerol, phospholipids, that are composed of two fatty acids and a  phosphate group with variable head.

iv)Bacteria require proper environment like food,moisture,temperature for their growth and development.The ideal temperature is 40-122°C
