There is not an anime that is "the best" because it all depends on who is watching it and what they find appealing. I personally really like Naruto, fairy tail, attack on titan and many more, but I know that there's people that wouldn't find them as good as I do so it all just depends on who's watching it and what they like.
idk i don't watch anime but if you asked me what the best tv show is i would say the best T.v. show of all time is Teen Wolf and you should watch it because its really good.
