5 0

Answer:

The value is x = 5.0744 \ ounce

Step-by-step explanation:

From the question we are told that

  The mean is  \mu  = 5 \ ounce

  The standard deviation is \sigma =  0.3 \ ounce

  Generally the minimum weight of the heaviest 9.8% is mathematically represented as

    P(X  > x ) =P( \frac{X - \mu}{\sigma } >  \frac{x -5}{0.3}  ) =  0.098

=> P(X  > x ) =P( Z >  \frac{x -5}{0.3}  ) =  0.098

From the normal distribution table  the z-score  for 0.098 is

   z =0.248

So

     \frac{x -5}{0.3} = 0.248

=>   x = 5.0744 \ ounce

What is the formula for lineal equetion
Gwar [14]

Answer:

y=mx+c

Step-by-step explanation:

A linear equation means the equation of straight line.

The formula for equation of straight line in slope intercept form is y=mx+c

where, m is the slope of line and c is the y intercept

The formula for equation of straight line in double intercept form is x/a+y/b=1

The formula for equation of straight line in normal form is xcos α + y cos α=p

There are more formulas bur assuming you are asking for the general representation of the straight-line equation, it is y=mx+c.

Choose all that rearrange the formula correctly.If
Sonbull [250]

Answer:

I sure hope none is an answer because none of these work!

Step-by-step explanation:

C = 59 (F - 32)

(C/59) = F - 32

F = C/59 + 32

So no :(

m = x + y + z3

y = m - x - z3

So no :((

s = r^2 - 1

r = sqrt(s+1)

So no :000

A = 12(a+b)

A = 12a + 12b

12b = A - 12a

b = A/12 - a

So no :00(((

m = x + y^2

y = sqrt (m-x)

AND no :|
