6 out of 9 bottles were used, therefore equal to 6/9 which as a percentage (just divide 6/9 on a calculator and multiply by 100 to get a percentage) you get 66 and 2/3%

“Of” means multiply, “is” means equal to
Therefore
8/15t=140
